chapter 1: the cave…

I walked into the dark ,gloomy cave. Everything was silent apart from the slow drip above my head. Suddenly the silence was shattered by  a loud shriek! What was

that?

I was so scared. I accidently tripped over  and activated the thing that could destroy the world… it  was groovy cubie! The most evil fidget cube in the world! But I also activated a gang of plastic things called fidget spinners.  groovy cubie was not strong enough to defeat the fidget spinners so he fled to his top secret base. The fidget spinners chased after him and I  was left in the cave all alone, I felt lonely all alone so I followed them .

Groovy cubies base was creepy and smelly. The spinners were looking in boxes, smelly rooms and even the bathroom but they couldn't find groovy cubie anywhere. Midget fidget (which was one of the fidget spinners) found a book the cover read ‘important planz top secret. no looky, no touchy’ ‘hmm...’ he said ‘this could be useful’. With the infomation on the book Midget fidget found his way to groovy cubies hiding spot, soon they started to fight with spinning shurikens and fidgetable cubes. the violence was to dreadful to have in this kind of story so i'm not going to describe it for you. About 1 hour latter Midget fidget and groovy cubie were both tired and hurt Midget fidget suggested to have  a 5 minute break ‘ok’ answered the tired fidget cube.

In the middle of the brake Midget fidget looked in the book that  he randomly found while he was looking for groovy cubie he found  an interesting chapter, the chapter's title read ‘how to make a mega spinner shooting ak47 rifle. He quickly gathered up the materials for the mega spinner shooting ak47 rifle,then put together a super awesome gun. Then it was over for groovy cubie, Midget fidget came up to him and loaded up his mega spinner shooting ak47 gun and…

kablooyf!

And what happened next? The evil fidget cube got away… into jail! Now the world was normal and safe again until groovy cubie breaks out of jail.

I reckon this could become a book!

should lunch time be longer????

Should lunchtime be longer?

I don’t think lunchtime should be longer, because it will take up lots of our learning time and other things. We only get 6 hours of school and we shouldn't waste it on playing. Most of the people in our school spend more time playing than eating. We should have lunch time but not too much play. I think learning is more important than playing around. Our lunchtime is 45 minutes and we eat for 10 minutes so 35 to play. Our time on playing is 70 minutes this the total time we have wasted on playing.  

This is why I think lunch time should not be longer...

Are all bullies big? No, not all bullies are big and tough. Bullies don’t need to hurt people physically to be qualified as a bullies, bullies can be mean in person and online. If you accidentally bump into a person you’re not a bully.

If you purposely hurt someone and you do it frequently then you are bullying them. According to google this is the definition of bully:

Bullying is the use of force, threat, or coercion to abuse, intimidate, or aggressively dominate others. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. One essential prerequisite is the perception, by the bully or by others, of an imbalance of social or physical power, which distinguishes bullying from conflict.

Jacob begged his mum to send him to space camp. His Mom said “Fine I'll put you in this camp”. In the space camp there were lots of children. Jacob found out that they were not really in space. The activities were super boring. They learned about anti Anti Gravity by bouncing on a bouncy castle. Jacob had enough of space camp so he escaped from space camp by running and jumping over walls and fences. Jacob came home and his mum was mad!!

My dad is the person I most admire because he is always helping me in hard situations like when I am stuck with my homework he helps me get the answer (not telling me the exact answer). He taught me my multiplication and division I reckon I'll still be in KEA if my dad did not teach me. When I was little I used to play soccer and my dad came to my games to support me. That's why my dad is the BEST DAD EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pancake day writing

PANCAKE DAY

We celebrate Pancake day to give up  fridge food for 40 days and eat it all up on 28th of February(which is Pancake day).On Pancake day we burn palm leaves and prayers hoping that the ash will go up to Heaven so God will see that we believe in him.

ASH WEDNESDAY

This celebration is about the beginning of Lent and being more respectful to god the father.The reason why we call this day Ash Wednesday is because the priest blesses us with the ashes from palm leaves.

Almighty and eternal God,  I pray for the sea life. May we stop throwing rubbish into the drains that lead to the sea.

I also pray for the survivors of the Christchurch fire I hope the people find food and water to live.

No Smoking!

The effect of smoking can give people cancer and Illnesses and Diseases.

People choose to smoke.

It is hard to stop smoking because it's an addiction.

Smoking for 1 year is losing a trip to England (or any other country) and back.

It is good that people under 18 are not allowed to smoke cigarettes.

People are smoking and making other people sick and get cancer.

But it is bad that anyone can smoke.
